TERMS & CONDITIONS 2018

DATA REQUIRED FOR A RESERVATION

All reservations must include at least the following information about the guest or group:

a. Full names.

b. Nationality.

c. Passport number and / or identity card.

d. Birthdate.

e. Gender.

f. Restrictions in the diet of the host, if any.

 

About Prices.- All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are given per person, unless otherwise specified.

 

About the Itinerary.- The itineraries of the tours, are carefully planned, although for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary or the specified route. These cases are rare, although in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guide.

 

CHILD POLICY

Check in each case. They are considered special conditions that will apply only to children under 10 years old (9 years, 11 months and 29 days of age as an age limit).

These conditions will be transferred according to the service, either airlines, hotels and tours. (airlines considered children up to 11 years 11 months)

 

INSURANCE

We recommend getting insurance in case of trip cancellation, repatriation and international medical insurance to cover any inconvenience that may arise during the trip. We also suggest you to consult your doctor to update vaccines and medical examinations and concerns regarding international travel.

 

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

For your travels outside Peru, we recommend, refer us to take a Medical Assistance, attending medical emergencies that may arise out of the country.

 

NOT INCLUDED SERVICES

The visitor is responsible for obtaining their passport, visa, travel insurance, payment of excess baggage, personal requests such as extra drinks, laundry, communication (calls, faxes, e-mailing, etc.) gratuities and expenses not specified in the itinerary.

 

NOT USED SERVICES

Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, due to force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, etc., or other reasons beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, other service providers. RUTAS DEL PERU, will not make any refund as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.

 

PAYMENT POLICY, MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND / OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Our programs typically have three components: Airfare, Hotels and Tours:

National and international, airline tickets are nonrefundable, and in case of change of date, it could be done, by paying penalties which regulates the airline.

In case of hotels and tours, cancellation of tour, program or Hotels are accepted up to 61 days before in case of groups and up to 31 days before in case of individual, free of charge.

Cancellations announced between 30 to 8 days before the start of the program, client will be transferred, to the cancellation policies of the hotels and services contracted. The Company will manage a customer's name, the return of payments made in hotels and services. In case of any cashback occur, the customer informed and will refund discounting administrative costs.

Cancellations announced with less than 8 days of the start of the program period are penalized with one hundred percent.

 

AIR TICKET

The prices of air tickets are subject to change without notice until its final broadcast. Flight schedules are subject to change by airlines until the day of the flight. Additional restrictions, limitations, penalties and / or specific conditions can be placed by the airlines.

 

BAGGAGE LIABILITIES

Rutas del Perú recommended that all visitors who come to Peru, arriving with their own travel insurance that covers lost luggage.

Rutas del Perú is not responsible for the following:

* Lost or delayed for international or National flights Baggage.

* Loss of objects, hand baggage handbags or personal items.

* The items left by guests in hotels, vehicles or places during the trip.

We recommend all visitors not include value objects in your luggage during transfers.
